The new convenience centre on the corner of North and Ruthven Streets in Toowoomba was completed in 2012 for local developer and fast-food outlet Super Rooster Pty Ltd.
Constructed from a combination of concrete tilt panels, structural steel and NRG Greenboard, the 991m2 complex houses five retail tenancies of varying sizes; two purpose-built to suit Super Rooster and the popular coffee chain, Zarraffas.
The modern design boasts up to the minute colour schemes and features, such as extensive external LED lighting, which makes the complex a stand-out after dark.
