Working with Sims White Architects, Bligh Tanner Engineers and Ashburner Francis, this three-storey office building was completed in 2019. The building incorporates a lift and office spaces for six tenancies, with the 550m2 carpark and all landscaping works also completed as part of this project.
The feature brickwork throughout, along with the timber batten screens to the external of the two upper levels emphasises the extensive architectural design and both modern and practical appeal of the building.
